The catalogue discusses some sixty exquisite pieces of mostly Venetian glassware, including a stunning goblet and an extremely rare French chalice-shaped goblet enamelled with the crucifixion. The brilliantly painted enamels include works by several of the key workshops in Limoges, providing an extensive survey of this important school.
