Delivery Information

We aim to post out all orders for delivery within 5 working days of purchase, however please be advised that we are a small museum and therefore packing and processing orders is all done by hand, and we may take longer to dispatch your order during busy periods.

Important notice on Brexit

New legislation laid out in the UK/EU Trade deal states that VAT may be charged on good upon entry to a EU member state.

These charges will be additional to the original delivery fees you paid when purchasing your items. You can be expected to pay 20% VAT on the cost of your goods purchased, plus additional courier handling fees.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying these charges. The Wallace Collection is not responsible for paying these charges.

Additional Shipping Information

Costs are calculated by the total weight of the items(s) ordered and the shipping destination.

Please note that we are unable to send orders to P.O. Boxes or BSPO destinations. Please provide an alternative address when filling in your delivery information.

All international orders are shipped with tracking details.

Domestic orders are sent without tracking information. 

For domestic orders we normally would ask you to allow 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. However, please note that Royal Mail services have been suffering delays in some areas and your order may take longer to arrive.

For Overseas orders: Delivery dates can vary and take between 7-20 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that the Wallace Collection is not liable for the unlikely damage or loss that may occur once your order has been dispatched. While we endeavour to support you in the unlikely event of damage or loss, we encourage that you report any incident directly with the courier service providing your delivery. 

For domestic orders sent via Royal Mail without a tracking service, the Wallace Collection will not be able to locate your order on your behalf. We strongly encourage that you liaise directly with the courier service provider on this occasion.
