Designed to accompany the exhibition Grayson Perry: Delusions of Grandeur, this whimsical trinket jar is inspired by one of a pair of busts entitled Serious People, 2024. Rather than leaning into the potentially pretentious propensity of a historical bust, Serious People features a couple with what Perry describes as ‘a twinkle in their eyes’. The monochrome design on the jar reflects one of these fabulously witty portrait busts, creating a beautifully unique and fun decorative gift and addition to your home.
