Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Bar by COCO

COCO are a Scottish chocolatier that pride themselves in doing things a little differently. Championing both 'at origin' production as well as artistic collaboration, COCO have challenged the industry norms for chocolate production by ensuring that more wealth remains within developing economies. Master chocolatiers and fine art enthusiasts COCO have collaborated with the Wallace Collection to create a new chocolate bar for our current exhibition Inspiring Walt Disney: The Animation of French Decorative Arts.

The bars are wrapped in an artwork featured in our new exhibition, by French artist Juste Aurele Meissonnier. This illustration is a striking example of the French decorative style which inspired the animation of many Disney classics.

The image is a centrepiece of the exhibition and features outside the entrance to the exhibit. As such, it is a perfect reminder of your visit, especially if you have a sweet tooth!

This bar is made from 61% single origin Colombian chocolate with a pinch of pristine sea salt made on the Isle of Skye for an indulgent taste experience.
